PlayPen Celebration Workshop Week 5

Dear Playpenners,

Not too long to wait for our celebration session!

Margi is wanting to turn her entrance display of wild sugarcane into a living work of art that we all create together.

We had some thoughts around the idea of giving it a fabric ‘trunk’ using binding and weaving in some way that will emerge as we work on the day………and are wondering if you would be willing and able to bring along:

- some fabric/old tea towel/old clothes/rope/string/whatever is meaningful or interesting to you to create binding and weaving strips and strings with (or just be willing to cut up the shirt you arrive in!), and

- a found object (or more) or token/s that you may like to attach for further embellishment, (anything that is meaningful/ inspirational/ easy to grab for you).
